Here are some common questions about CMK

Do you provide warranty with all parts?

Yes, we offer a full 12 Month warranty which comes with unlimited mileage.. In order to qualify for the warranty you would need to keep hold of all paperwork in order for us to locate this on our account.

When does CMK open?

Our opening times are quite simple, which we have outlined below

Monday – Friday:

7:30am – 5pm

Saturday:

CLOSED

Excluding Public & Bank Holidays.

What are your payment methods?

We accept payments from cash, bacs and debit/credit card payments.

We do not accept Cheque payments.

Do you offer a returns policy?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a returns policy for any parts that you wish to return.

Do you accept payments made over the phone?

For security reasons we do not allow payments to be made over the phone.  This is to protect your identity and to reduce fraud. You can however come in to the office to make the payment providing you have your pin number.

Do you offer a emergency out of service?

Yes we do but this varies. Call the office and speak to one of our team who will be happy to assist you.
